Strategy

Investing in business growth and succession

Capital Transmission supports long-term growth and facilitates the succession of privately held companies by investing through minority equity stakes or mezzanine financing. We target financially solid businesses led by experienced management teams with a strong entrepreneurial culture.

Our approach is firmly partnership-oriented: as a minority shareholder, we do not intervene in day-to-day operations but provide long-term strategic support. We tailor our investment horizon to the specific needs of family shareholders and lead investors, with an average holding period ranging from three to ten years.

We primarily invest in profitable SMEs with annual revenues typically between CHF 10 and 100 million. Our investment tickets range from CHF 2 to 15 million per transaction.

In addition to growth financing, we offer solutions that enable owner-managers to partially realize the value of their professional assets or restructure their shareholder base within the framework of leveraged transactions.

We regularly co-invest alongside other financial partners as part of club deals and do not impose any sector restrictions. Our investments span the entire European market, with a particular focus on Switzerland.
